– Products purchased during promotional sales or at discounted prices are *non-returnable*.
– *Original Price Requirement:*
– Only products purchased at the regular listed price are eligible for a return or exchange.
– *Custom Blended Fragrances:*
– Fragrances custom blended from two or more perfumes are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
General Returns/Exchanges:

Cases of Damage or Defect:
– If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, notify us within *2 business days* of receipt.
– *Mandatory:* You must attach an unboxing video as evidence to validate the claim.

A customer service representative will review your request and propose a resolution within two business days. If approved, we will arrange for a replacement or exchange at our discretion.
