1. Our products are eligible for returns or replacements within 7 business days of purchase.
2. It’s essential to note that refunds are not applicable for fragrances, as they are consumable items.
3. Sale or discounted purchases are non-returnable.
4. Returns are only accepted for products purchased at the original price.
5. Fragrances that are custom blends of two or more perfumes are ineligible for returns.

1. You have received a defective or incorrect product.
2. You initiate the return within 7 days of receiving the product.
3. The item remains unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

Our customer service representative will propose a resolution within two business days that aligns with your requirements. If you opt for a return, our representative will collaborate with you to arrange a replacement that satisfies your expectations.
Please be advised that there might be circumstances under which we may not be able to accept or must cancel certain orders. We retain the discretion to refuse or cancel orders for various reasons. Scenarios leading to order cancellation may include limitations on product quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or concerns regarding product quality. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.
Orders can be canceled only within 2 hours of order placement, as we are committed to prompt dispatch and optimal delivery service.
